Alderney: undated front to Wexford, Ireland marked "Private Steamer, Southampton" bearing 1841-53 1d. red-brown (FA), clear margins tied by '324' of Guernsey with faint 'Alderney' undated double arc. Also two pieces, one with 1841-53 1d. red-brown horizontal pair (BG-BH), mostly clear margins, the other with single (DC) cut into at top, both with indistinct 324 barred numerals and good strikes of the 'Alderney' undated double arc. A good group.
