HI (stage 1 'O' flaw), FI (stage 2 'O' flaw), clear margins all round, the former just shaved at lower right, affixed overlapping and tied by red Maltese Crosses to 1840 (16 Nov.) entire letter written from Boulogne Sur Mer, France, posted in St. Albans to London, the reverse with St. Albans and London d.s. R.P.S. Certificate (1991). Fine and scarce.
