Earl of Shaftsbury; Arthur Annesley, 1st. Earl of Anglesey; Henry Bennet, 1st. Earl of Arlington; Henry Coventry, Secretary of State for the Northern Department; Sir Edward Seymour, Lord Commissioner of the Admiralty and John Nicholas, Deputy Lieutenant of Dorset. With interesting contents on the subject of "Being informed of several places & Parishes within his Kingdome that have either made no collections upon the brief for redemption of his ma;ts subjects in captivity"; fine. A very rare Privy Council letter with the address panel in clean condition
