1654 (17 Feb.) entire letter from Dr. Walter Walker, "D[octo]r's Commons" in London with address panel reading "For the Right Noble, the Commissioners of the Admiralty and Navy at Whitehall", without postal markings so likely carried privately, contents include "I have prepared a draft opinion(?) about the seized Danish ships and humbly submit it to you". A rare early document.
