(stained perf at left) tied by fine "eldama" double-ring d.s. and showing, on reverse, "railhead/mombasa" (1.5), Mombasa (7.5) and arrival datestamps. A fine example of Uganda adhesive used in E.A.P. 29 days after the transfer of the Eastern Province of Uganda
