1936 (2 Mar.) underpaid envelope originating from Lhasa to Nepal bearing, on the reverse, India K.G.V 1a. tied by type B4 c.d.s. with Raxaul (10.3) transit, Katmandu in oval and octagonal "nepal/unpaid" datestamp (12.3); the address side with horseshoe "gyantse tibet/due/ as." handstamp (type B113) with a very faint insertion of "½" in red ink. The envelope is a little worn along the edges. A good cover underpaying the 1¼a. rate
