1893 (?) shirt letter wrapper from the military post in Tingri (an important military post), the contents state that the Nepalese negotiators (army officers) had come to settle a dispute between people living by the border, the settlement penalises the Tibetans of fifty yaks and horses. Small disputes were sorted at a local level. The letter is sealed with two black seals, one in a knot design with small dot and crescent
