1920 (c.) scarf cover (305x140mm) to the Trade Agent in Gyantse bearing 1912 1/3 tr. dark blue and 1tr. dull vermilion tied by Lhasa intaglio postmark with similar strikes including Pelti and Nangartse (the third strike should be Gyantse) and closed with the wax seal of the Prime Minister (Dawson 19) which is intact but cracked along the centre. The Tibetan script has been translated on the cover in red ink.
