Panchen Lama Mail
1930 (c.) letter to the Prime Minister of Nepal sent whilst the Panchen Lama was in exile in China. The letter has a yellow frame with blue lines and shows the small personal seal of the ninth Panchen Lama and part of a large, square seal in red (this appears to be a Chinese authority seal but is in the form of a Tibetan seal and would appear to be a censor seal). The page is numbered "14" and with two small filing folds at top. Unusual and very scarce. Photo
