Hiberno-Norse (c. 1035-1060), Phase III, Penny, Dublin, in the style of an Æthelred II Long Cross Penny, stylised legend, draped bust left, pellet or erased symbol on neck, rev. stylised legend, voided long cross, stylised hand in second and third quarters, large pellet in second and fourth, 0.68g, 7h (Roth 135 = SCBI 8 [British Museum], 138 same obverse die; DF 24; S.6132A), chipped to edge between 8 and 10 o'clock, otherwise evenly struck and toned, a pleasant and bolder very fine
