Green (#187-1865) 4th Period, both with three margins, one touching, tied to attractive cover by two excellent strikes of Mexico c.d.s., carried through the "Extraordinario" express service and addressed to Richmond, which explains the rare 4½ reales rate paid to the USA, showing 10c.
