Mexico District-Tepeji del Río ½r. Blue, Mexico overprint, pair with good margins, just slightly touching at left, used with red postmark. Most likely form the direct shipment. Direct shipments were sent either to sub-offices within the Mexico district or to sub-offices in other districts requiring emergency supplies. All are rare and bear either the "Mexico" overprint or none at all. Scott 1; NF $1,200.
