Mexico-Tepeji del Río ½r. Blue pair with Mexico overprint and very light red h.s Tepexi del Río, cut into at bottom, otherwise good margins. From the direct shipment of 561 stamps; direct shipments were sent either to sub-offices within the Mexico district or to sub-offices in other districts requiring emergency supplies. All are rare and bear either the "Mexico" overprint or none at all. 1982 MEPSI certificate. Scott 1; NF $1,200.
