Mexico District 2r. Green, just touching on two sides, on entire letter from Salvatierra and cancelled in Celaya sent to Mexico City on June 22th, 1860. Struck with "2" h.s. indicating "Across the Lines" mail, so stamp was not recognized as valid payment, and so it had to pay 2r. again. 2025 MEPSI certificate. Scott 3.
