4c. black on orange, Townsend Type A (Robson Lowe Type B), initialled "W.H.L.", cut round with clear margins over approximately three-quarters of the circumference, otherwise cut into the design, cancelled by a Demerara double-arc datestamp of November 9, 1850. Paper adhesion on the reverse, shallow thinning, and partial frame retouching, still a highly collectible example of this rare stamp, as the great majority of known examples have faults.
