A • DNO : FACTVM : EST : ISTVD : ET : EST : MIRABI•' ship with bowsprit, surmounted by square-topped shield and mast dividing E and Rose, 5.105g [78.78grns], 8h, m.m. crescent (Schneider I, 790; North 2005; S.2531), obverse struck from slightly juddered die, otherwise with a pleasant cabinet tone on a full round flan, an attractive and bolder very fine, a supreme example of this 'Armada Year' issue, in NGC Black 'Carrington' holder, graded AU58 (Cert. #8536700-009)
