NGC PF61 | Victoria (1837-1901), Pattern Proof 'Gothic' Crown, MDCCCXLVII [1847] UNDECIMO, by W Wyon, crowned 'Gothic' bust left, WW on truncation, rev. crowned shields cruciform, raised lettered edge downwards, 28.22g, 6h (ESC 288; Bull 2571; Spink 3883), hairlining to the obverse field and contact marking to the rims, nonetheless with a pleasing sky blue and ochre to atop dark grey surfaces, brilliant beneath, extremely fine in NGC holder, graded PF61 (Cert. #6767971-001)
