(3) tied by the despatch despatch c.d.s. with triangular censor handstamp of the Volksrust Camp and pink "Opened under Martial Law" seal plus oval Johannesburg censor handstamp, the reverse with Johannesburg transit (11.12) and oval examiner's handstamp; with original contents being a report and a vote of thanks for the assistance or the Middleburg Ladies Committee.
