Ernest Charles Ephraim Dracup was born in Portsea, Hampshire in 1880 and enlisted in the 1st Volunteer Battalion Royal Berkshire Regiment in 1898. He was awarded the Territorial Force Efficiency Medal as a Sergeant with the 4th Royal Berkshire Regiment in 1911. Dracup lived most of his life in Reading where he worked as a post office clerk, and died there in 1931; sold together with copied research.
