One of 289 clasps issued to the Naval Brigade assembled during the Nile Expedition.
Frank Fowle was born at Westerham, Kent on 26 May 1866 and enlisted as a Boy second class on 26 May 1884. He served on H.M.S. Monarch as part of the Nile Flotilla and was discharged to shore on 30 March 1888; sold together with copied research, his copy service papers are in the name of Fowle whilst his medals are named Fowles.
