Approximately 60 no clasp medals awarded to H.M.S. Woodlark.

Thomas Stephen Lewis was born at Bedminster, Bristol on 2 January 1861 and enlisted on 6 September 1876 being posted to Impregnable. He was stationed with Woodlark during her time at Suakin in 1884. Lewis was discharged to shore from Dart on 21 June 1893; sold together with copied research.
