(x) Imperial Bank of Persia, Colour Trial Specimen 5 Tomans, ND (1924-32),
on the front right of this note, a portrait of Naser al-Din Shah Qajar, the longest reigning Qajar monarch, is depicted wearing military uniform and a feathered fez, signifying his role in the military and royal Persian heritage. Guilloches accompany a light green and lilac design with Farsi text. Stamped in red, twice each on the front and back, to read SPECIMEN, WATERLOW & SONS LTD. The back features a deep blue design with guilloches and states the denomination on each corner. The back contains English text to read THE IMPERIAL BANK OF PERISA and FIVE TOMANS. Hole punched three times and has been signed on the front by Vivian L Walter and James Hamish McMurray,
