Apam and Official Mail Duo of covers, one bearing a well-margined 13c Blue lithographed stamp on an entire letter, tied by Apam dispatch h.s. and dated March 4, 1867; the other is an official stampless cover sent by a General from Cuernavaca to Mexico City, dated July 9, 1867, featuring a very attractive cachet of the Mexico State Government.
