Mexico District 3c. Brown, 5th Period, consignment 55-1866, slightly touched but with three good margins, uncanceled without gum, very fresh; tiny pin hole not visible to the naked eye. The local city mail experiment required the issuance of 2,403 stamps in 1865-66, including 300 from this consignment. Part original gum. Signed Aguirre, 2024 MEPSI certificate. Scott 18, $1,300.
