Chihuahua-Santa Rosalía 2r. Yellow, 4th Period, consignment 169-1865, three good margins, just touching on one side, used with Santa Rosalía h.s. Only six singles and two covers are encountered in the Pietsch census. 2024 MEPSI certificate. Scott 23; NF$600.

Note: Most stamps from this district do not have the district overprint and were not used, as the Juárez forces controlled this state for most of the time. Chihuahua City and five sub-offices applied their own overprint, which makes used stamps with overprints extremely rare.
