Chihuahua 2r. Yellow, 4th Period, consignment 169-1865, without district name, a complete sheet of 100 stamps displaying exceptional freshness and vivid color, with the majority being n.h. Only five stamps have minor thin spots, which is considered a small number given the size of the multiple and should be regarded as in very good condition. Very scarce. Chihuahua stamps were rarely used, as the Liberals controlled this district for most of the period. Scott 23, $1,000 as singles (hinged).,
