Blue with manuscript overprint, pre-printing paper fold, three good margins, touched on one side, cancelled with Aguascalientes datestamp; tiny and almost invisible pin hole. Only fourteen examples are recorded, of which six off cover.. MEPSI certificate. Scott 1; NF $2,500.
