An interesting United States of America thematic collection, the majority of which focuses on horses, but also hunting and wildlife including 1869 Post Horse and Rider 2c. on printed advertising envelope (2), and pair on envelope to Indiana, 2c. small numeral essays (6) and 2c. proof, 1893 8c. sunken die proof (2) in different colours, interesting used printed cards advertising or illustrating Fishing Tackle, Cockburn Ostrich Farm, Buchanan Breeder of Shropshire Sheep and Poland China Hogs, First National Convention of Cattle Men, Hunter Trader Trapper, Winchester Repeating Rifles, The New Jostam "Hygun" Recoil Pad, "The Soldier's Dream of Home" illustrated envelope paid with Washington 3c. tied by "gettysburg"; also a blue album containing stamps relating to horses and outdoor pursuits from around the world, more interesting items include 1850 General Game Certificate and Forfarshire Hounds card.
