Rio de Janeiro (RJ). 90r. black, an impressive example from the upper left corner of the pane, including outer frame lines on two sides, lightly cancelled by "correio geral da corte" datestamp in red. Minor creasing and a couple of tiny repaired tears, nevertheless a key and highly desirable positional piece, featuring a scarce red cancellation on 'Bull's Eyes', with a rarity ratio that should be at least 25:1 compared to black cancellations.
