1826 (23 July), entire to Ireland endorsed by George Canning (Prime minister of Great Britain in 1827 until his death later that year), and with enclosure, interesting contents including "...The peace of Ireland depends upon the settlement of the Catholic question...", with red "(Crown)/FREE" datestamp on the front, red Irish lozenge datestamp and superb intact red wax "Ne cede malis sed contra" (yield not to evil) seal on reverse
