1859 (5 July) entire from Paramaribo, Dutch Guiana to Cologne, marked "Via Demerary & Southampton", bearing 1d. rose-red (DG) and 6d. lilac with wing-margin at left, both cancelled by "A03" obliterator, showing "paramaribo/franco" despatch d.s. in blue, oval-framed "p.", Paid London transit c.d.s. (5.8) and "england per aachen/franco" double-ring d.s. (6.8), all in red, with Demerara (7.7) and arrival (8.8) datestamps on reverse; the adhesives crossed by horizontal filing fold.
