1859 three entires ex the Gladstone correspondence, all originated from Bassein and addressed to Rangoon, each franked with De La Rue 1a. brown, one as a single use and two bearing two examples, all with the adhesives tied by "B/12" obliterators (one in blue, two in black), each showing on the reverse forwarded by/ john ogilvy hay & co/ bassein oval handstamp. Mixed condition, a very rare group.
