1855-56, a Crimean War correspondence between Major, Sir Charles Russell and Lady Russell, two franked with three 1854-57 1d. red, two with single, tied by either barred numeral '41', '42' or '44', two with "post office/british army" d.s.; also two envelopes addressed to Colonel Charles Cocks, Commanding Officer of the Coldstream Guards, one with three 1d., the other with 1d. and 2d. Mixed condition though an interesting group.
