1587 (23 March) entire letter in the hand of Filippo Corsini in London to his brother, Lorenzo Corsini in Florence, partly written in code, the reverse with superb intact wax seal with clear Corsini Family Guild impression; Also 1591 (21 May) entire letter form Bartholomew Corsini in London to his cousin, Stefano Patti in Venice. Neither show postal markings and sent via the network of couriers set up by the Merchant Adventurers in central Europe.
