Victoria (1837-1901), Crown, 1844 VIII, young head left, rev. crowned shield in wreath, eight strings to harp, incuse upwards lettered edge with star stops, 28.26g, 6h (ESC 280; Bull 2561 but eight strings not listed; S.3882), a slight edge bruise at 11 o'clock, with numerous light marks under old and pleasingly colourful cabinet toning, otherwise residually lustrous, struck details very fine or bolder
