William III, Solus (1694-1702), Halfpennies (4), First Issue, 1695, laureate and cuirassed bust right, rev. unbarred A's in BRITANNIA, Britannia seated left, 1695 in exergue, 11.28g, 6h (BMC [Peck] 639; S.3554), lightly pitted to glossy surfaces, fine or marginally bolder; another, Second Issue, as before, rev. 1699 in legend, 8.25g, 6h (BMC [Peck] 676; S.3555), pitted and soft, about fine; lastly, Third Issue (2), 1700, laureate and cuirassed bust right, rev. unbarred A's in BRITANNIA, Britannia seated left, 1700 in exergue, edge plain, 10.17g, 5h (BMC [Peck] 697; S.3556), soft in parts, and with a light field-green patina, about very fine; another, 1701 'Large O' in date, inverted A's for V in GVLIELMVS and TERTIVS, laureate and cuirassed bust right, rev. unbarred A's in BRITANNIA, Britannia seated left, edge plain, 10.48g, 5h (BMC [Peck] 705; S.3556), light porosity, otherwise with attractive chocolate patina, the error legends incredibly clear, only fair to fine, but very rare; additionally, Farthings (2), First Issue, 1699, laureate and cuirassed bust right, rev. Britannia seated left, 1699 in exergue, edge plain, 5.78g, 6h (BMC [Peck] 665; S.3557), lustrous and patinated, very fine; another, Second Issue, 1699, laureate and cuirassed bust right, rev. no stop after date in legend, Britannia seated left, edge plain, 5.92g, 6h (BMC [Peck] 681; S.3558), with verdigris and field-green patina, fine or bolder (6)
