William and Mary (1688-1694), Crown, 1691 TERTIO, conjoined laureate and draped busts right, rev. four crowned shield cruciform, six strings to harp, thirteen billets, edge lettered upwards, 29.99g, 6h (ESC 82; Bull 820; S.3433), the deftest die wear to otherwise beautifully sharp and struck up jugate effigies, a hint of peripheral adjustment to otherwise beautifully cabinet toned and lustrous, a most pleasing extremely fine, very rare in this exemplary grade
