CAROLVS • D : G : MAG • BRIT • FR • ET • HIB • REX • sixth crowned and armoured 'Briot' bust left, • VI • behind, rev. (m.m.) CHRISTO • AVSPICE • REGNO • square-topped over short cross moline, four strings to harp, 3.076g, 6h, m.m. anchor (Brooker 732 same dies; North 2306; S.2860), overtly doubled in the strike, otherwise lustrous with uniform cabinet tone, a bolder very fine and one of the earliest coins acquired by Fuller from the Numismatic Circular
