REX, third Equestrian Portrait of King trotting left, brandishing upright sword, sash flying behind, no caparison or ground-line, rev. (m.m.) • CHRISTO • AVSPICE • REGNO • larger oval garnished shield, bird-headed harp, 15.067g, 8h, m.m. sun (Brooker 362-363; North 2213; S.2778), slightly doubled in the strike, otherwise attractively lustrous, the obverse with an appealling light grey cabinet tone, a most pleasing very fine and largely as issued
