REX • third horseman left, sword upright breaking inner circle, no ground line, rev. • CHRISTO • AVSPICE • REGNO •:• (m.m.) •:• oval garnished shield surmounted by plume, plain harp, 29.882g, 2h, m.m. tun (Hawkins 475 variety; FRC XVII/XXIII; Brooker 261 same dies; North 2196; S.2759), some metal stressing to horse, otherwise attractively cabinet toned overlying lustrous original surfaces, a pleasing very fine for issue, the peripheries bolder still, a very rare type
