ROSA : SINE : SPINA, beaded inner circle only, crowned and draped bust 3G left, smaller rose behind head, rev. (m.m.) CIVITAS LONDON, beaded inner circle only, square-topped shield over long cross fourchée, 15-77/5 above shield, 0.675g, 7h, m.m. eglantine (BCW EG-2c/EG-i; North 2000; S.2569), lustrous and cabinet toned with underlying blue bues, a pleasingly good very fine, a terrific little coin, rare in this exemplary state!
