CIVITAS EBORACI, smaller lettering, long cross pierced at terminals, trio of pellets in angles, voided lozenge at centre, 1.169g, 6h, m.m. lys [both sides] (Hawkins -; North 1714; S.2213), clipped and slightly crimped, fine; another, similar, but with larger lettering, 0.978g, 9h, m.m. lys (Hawkins -; North 1714; S.2213), lightly clipped, otherwise very fine; lastly, Archbishop Savage, no double tressure, keys at neck, rev. no lozenge at centre, 1.465g, 11h, m.m. martlet (North 1715; S.2214), clipped, otherwise toned, a bolder fine (3)
