1874 (23 March) entire wrapper from St. Thomas to Genoa bearing 1864-67 four 4d. dull vermillion singles lettered OB (2), KB and QA, all from Plate 13 tied to one and other and by "st. thomas/paid c51" duplex, with 'London Paid' d.s., "pd" handstamp and "20" crayon charge mark to face and part Genoa receiving d.s. on reverse. Fine and scarce.
