1899 1c. dark green block of one hundred formed by the two complete lower panes with interpanneau in the middle overprinted specimen and with punch hole, unmounted mint with fresh original gum and showing almost all the margins, inscriptions and with additional feb-1899 purple handstamp, minor usual perforation separation, otherwise fine and a rare survival .
