1899 1c. dark green irregular block of one hundred thirty two with interpanneau in the middle including the two complete upper panes and from the lower panes (LL1-10, 11-14, 16-19), (LL1-10, 14-15, 19-20) overprinted specimen and with punch hole, unmounted mint with fresh original gum and showing almost all the margins and inscriptions, minor usual perforation separation, otherwise fine and a rare survival .
