Britannia seated left, holding spear and shield, date in exergue, RENDER TO CESAR THE THINGS WHICH ARE CESARS, on edge, 6h (BMC [Peck] 955; S.-), usual die flaw through date, some wispy hairlines and wear to the edges and cheek, otherwise with brilliant gilt surfaces, pleasing extremely fine, scarce, in NGC holder, graded PF61 (Cert. #6946841-033)
