FRAN : & • HIB • REX •, crowned and armoured half-length bust right, holding orb and sceptre, rev. • (m.m) • FACIAM • EOS • IN • GENTEM • VNAM •, crowned and lightly garnished shield, Scottish arms in first and fourth quarter, dividng I-R, 9.80g, 1h, m.m. thistle (Burns 4; Stewart 204; S.5464), wiped and soft in parts, some slight doubling to the portrait otherwise mostly uniform, with a faint red tone, bolder very fine, in NGC holder, graded AU Details ~ Plugged (Cert. #8220522-016)
