AHALA, bare head of Ahala right, 3.87g (Crawford 433/2; Sydenham 932; RBW 1543), excellent portraiture struck upon a pleasingly-toned flan, evidence of die-flaw to obverse field, but otherwise a lovely example of this highly sought-after issue, good very fine, in an NGC 'Ancients' holder, graded Choice Extremely Fine (Strike: 5/5, Surface: 4/5) [NGC Cert. #8220524-007]
