Earl St. Vincent's Testimony of Approbation 1800, silver-gilt, some wear to edges, otherwise good very fine

This medal was awarded by Admiral Jervis to his crew members of the Ville de Paris who did not mutiny at the Nore. The medal is not recorded as having been produced and distributed in silver-gilt, though numerous examples have since appeared.
