Edward Edwards served with the 90th Regiment during the Siege of Sebastopol before going on to see service in the Indian Mutiny (Medal with Defence of Lucknow and Lucknow clasps). He is listed upon K. J. Asplin's roll as having died on 12 September 1858; sold together with a typed biography and copied roll.
